I was just wondering if someone could tell me how to make a clutch puller for my 77 tnt440. Thanks

you wont be able to do so, unless you find some sort of bolt with exatly the same threads as the shaft or u could ruin it. People get away with sanding the shaft, and then heating it then hammering it off

You need a bolt that screw inside your inner half,cant remember which size about 3" long and a clutch bolt that has been cut foo about 2'.After you cut your bolt,use a hacksaw to make a slot in the bolt to screw it on the crank end.

Well for the price of a skidoo square shaft clutch puller you would save yourself a lot og grief and do the job right.
