Palm trees……Really? Ha Ha Ha Ha thats a good one! I heard only the blue color lynx were having that problem. Something happened in the production line. Is yours the blue or the green lynx? Haven’t heard a single problem with anyone who owns the green colored lynx

 

From what I've seen with " Class Action Lawsuits " is that fact " IF " the plaintiffs prevail ( after 5 years or more of litigation ) you will get about $10 after the Attorneys have taken their cut.

I'd say you're on your own is this one.

I can't see a class action lawsuit prevailing. Or even a lawyer willing to take it on. But I bet a CA suit targeting internet trolls would get some traction.

No worries, there won't be a class action suit, (no lawyer will take it). BRP has a pretty stout legal team and you will run out of money well before they do. Maybe try to work with your local dealer on a solution? It's surprising sometimes how well folks make out.
