Boss seats- Which one is the best?

715 Views 8 Replies 6 Participants Last post by  Hoots
Hey guys, I'm new to posting, do alot of learning from reading others. Wondering which Boss seat to go with, I am 6' and sled mountain stuff. Go with Highrise, flattop or shorty?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

This is why I haven't purchased a BOSS yet. Until I can sit on it, no one can tell me which one I'll like best.

Good luck.
If you're into mointains and powder - go for the lighter of the two. Highrise Shorty, the flat top is just for looks.
Thanks Irondog, I was leaning torwars that one. Appreciate it.
Hi-rise. I personally dont like the hardtail but thats personal preference.
I wouldn't get anything but a Highrise. 95% of the seats I sell are Highrise. Here the Highrise Hardtail I had on my 440X.

Thanks Paul_Aris. Nice ride.
I disagree that the highrise flat top is for looks only. I've got the highrise flatop on all my sleds and the foam they use on the top 3 or so inches is something else!
Its soo comfortable, of coarse I'm 6'3, 250lbs & have a moderately "big a$$".
High rise flattop, mahlers 91/2" risors, & my 06x is the most comfortable sled I've ever ridden, bar none. Doo spare gas also tucks into it very nicely, no need for hard tail if you don't like.
