I'm selling the comet setup off my 1980 Blizzard 9500 plus. The guy looking at it wants to know if it will work on his 5500. will it? I've never dealt with a 503 so I have no idea

yes, it will work, but he will have to get the correct spring and wieghts for it to perform correctly.
