Beaver delete?

This is for a buddy of mine. He has an 03 and wants to take the beaver off but doesnt want to spend the money for the coolant exstension. Is there a way to use the stock on the new tunnel extension. Im sure this has been on here before so if you could just put a link up id appreciate it. And any other advice.

Check out Ski-doo extreme I just put a 05 kit on my buddies sled, turned out mint but a little spendy,$380.00 delivered.

Remove the thermostat and block off the hose from the head to the bottle you'll be fine (and save $400). Water wetter and ski scratchers are useful as well. There's no need to add a longer cooler.

I don't know if your buddies is a 600 or 800, but mines a 600. I extended to a 136 last year and haven't had any cooling issues. Although I will say that if theres not enough snow to cool my sled, I won't be riding on it anyways...
