Alright, one more thing... Did you have to put a pivot on? or did it just fit right on? I can't find just a 2" on Royaldistributing.com as just the block. Only a pivot 2". Thanks for your help man.matt_west9 said:Should work , all mine was is the block and 4 bolts, need longer ones than stock, It takes about 10 min to install and looks almost stockSki-Doo02 said:I looked at www.denniskirk.com and found one for 2004 rev. only thing is... matt_west9 - If you didnt change your windshield to a fixed one do you now have a 2" gap for cold air to come through?matt_west9 said:2" riser block available at royal Distributing, costs about $25, u can use stock cables and windshield. Yes there was a gap but no wind would come through, you couldn't really see it if u wern't looking, it was where the bottom of the shield rests on the "pod" I dont know what else to call that piece. It does look a bit funny but it's cheap, I ended up rolling the thing so I just got an 06 shield instead of the 04.SHOWTZ said:matt_west9 - If you didnt change your windshield to a fixed one do you now have a 2" gap for cold air to come through?matt_west9 said:2" riser block available at royal Distributing, costs about $25, u can use stock cables and windshield. Sledneck9 has good suggestions with "pivot riser from roxspeedfx, or a sportech articulating bar riser (ABR), or a powermadd block riser with a pivoting adjuster"
Rox has a kit with the pivot riser, bar pad, and hand guards with billet mounts that attach to the stock mobile windshield mounts.
