Raced the beast this weekend and mixed and mashed clutching components. Put a Sled Shop spring into a Dynoport clutch kit with 16.5 grams of wieght and pulled a 114.30 mph in 1000 feet. The previous best was 109.67 MPH. Dam good speed for 1000 feet. Now I will say my 133 lb wife was driving.

Other than the clutching she is bone stock!! Gotta luv it.

It was actually at a race event in Hackensack MN. They were using a speed trap but not sure of the brand. Was on shaved ice and at a measured 1000ft.

No other Machs there this time. Mine has a guage speedo and is too hard to see at that speed so I just have her check the tach for RPM position.

Every time there have been 05 Mach's at the races I have been too mine is usually running 5 or 6 miles an hour faster. Usually they are running anywhere from 101 to 105. But then again who knows what clutching they are running. Have seen a few weak ones with 98 99 speeds and I would assume that thier clickers are not in the right spot or something.
