Anyone used Rockgardn Flack Jacket?

I have been considering a tekvest for snowmobiling and dirt bike riding. In my search, however, I came across the Rockgardn Flack Jacket, which looks to me like a better compromise for both sports (cooler in the summer). Has anyone used one?
