Took my SPI pipe off I noticed that the spring hooks were worn through about half way on the top hooks??? Anybody else have this happen to theirs?

I've noticed it on my crankshop pipe I called them they basically told me to beat it

It happened on my stock exhaust on my D7. JUNK metal!

Springs aren't tight enough and they are vibrating. Have a welder build up those "notches" and then when you put your springs back on try rotating them an extra 180* to make them tighter.

, I figured it was from vibration but never thought about springs being to loose. Definately going to have it welded.

I blame it on doos crappy springs too I've had 8 springs snap on me over the last year so now i carry extra springs and high temp silicone to put on the springs to stop the vibs
