Anyone have any problems with advantech. Always had marine plywood with no issues, Should the advantech be coated with a sealer?

Here is a link with alot of data. Sealer, I could not find it in the link, but in the past, they did not recommend any sealers.

My current trailer is 11 years old and it has the advantech flooring and it has held up very well, just darker in color with age. It's even held up to all of my studded track sleds.

Sealing my new trailer with Thompson water seal. Dealer said they only had to replace 1 trailer floor in 5yrs. That guy didn’t clean the snow and slush out of the trailer. He admitted to it and only got the flooring material for free from Legend and had to do the labor himself.

My trailer came with GP DryMax decking.

I have both heard and read nothing but good things about the current high perfomance OSB flooring/decking. That it is all very tough and durable. I will NOT be doing anything but using my trailer for years to come and prefer the 3/4 DryMax to marine plywood of the same thickness.

The only issue I have had with my advantech floor is if I have a bad carbide(chipped, broken) it will gouge floor a bit worse than plywood, but strong in general, my floor seems to dry very quickly as well. I use my trailer for multiple tasks, so I cant worry about a few scratches in floor.

I've been using JB Wood Weld to fill in any "accidents" in my deck and even to fill in any holes that I had drilled but did not need anymore.
