The saga continues with my motor, well this time its an untouched 800r from around 2010 or 2009. Guy gave me this blown motor when he sold me my sled. The mag side rod had been rubbing on the lower case for some time now that ive seen it, and blew coolant into the case.
How screwed is this thing? PTO is well within limits, mag is 2thou out. None of the bearings look toast either. Its a little dirty but its from sitting. Obviously I'd need a new rod and bearing for that side but whatelse would be blown on it?
