Hey Everyone,

My 07 600 SDI GTX lost about 4 inches of coolant in the reservoir. I can't find where it leaks. I pulled the plugs and exhaust and this is what I found (see attached pics). The sled overheated for a bit at the end of my run but it runs fine. The plugs were changed just before my 150k run. Any ideas?

Looks like you have coolant leaking into one cylinder. The exhaust must smell like burning coolant. Very distinctive acrid odor. May want to check the head orings.
Not good to run it in this condition.

It was cold enough to see normal exhaust smoke so I didn't notice anything. I also wasn't looking for it either. I'll try to get a coolant pressure test done to start.

Since your coolant level is already low just pull the head and replace the gasket.

Could also be a cracked cylinder or maybe a leaking base gasket but I would highly doubt either of those being the cause. Head could be cracked too but again.. not likely.
