2018 Renegade. 8400kms on the suspension. I am putting a new 2up seat on it. Also a new track. Figure well I have the skid out might as well put bigger springs on for the 2up. I weigh 210lbs with gear. If I take the kids maybe I'm adding 60-120lbs. What do you recommend? Also what are the spring numbers? Thanks in advance.

503192270 & 503192271 These are the "Big Boy" torsion springs for the rMotion skid. The spring rate for these is 1.66 Nmm/deg x 80 deg. and are needed for this 250-300# range. These maybe a little stiff when riding solo for the trail. Will be good if riding at all aggressively.

If the 2up Seat is only a very occasional thing, 503192104 & 503192105 (1.50 Nmm deg x 90 deg) would be another option. These were the torsion springs used on the Renegade X-RS.

As a reference, the Adrenaline, Backcountry & X sleds came with 503193158 & 503193159 springs (1.35 Nmm/deg x 80 deg)

Are you sure the first 2 parts numbers are not 503?

I believe they are 503. Also the 104/105s are 90deg open angle at 1.50 Nm/deg. Not enough for 2 up. 270/271 is your best option most likely

I have the X package with quick adjust and my wife and me near same weight as you with your 2up. I just went thru all this. Stock was NFG, went to 104/105 sag solo was at 2.5-3 then max 5 for 2up not even close. Was a crappy ride bouncing all over. Then onto 270/271 sag was perfect solo with no preload but preload was maxed at 5 for 2up. We ran this setup for maybe 800kms. Was good but knew could be better. I am now running with GT LE springs 538/539 as recommended here by another member. I have been sledding for the last 600kms solo and still good springs. I dont find stiff at all. Waiting for trails to be smoother to run 2up.
