Hi, I have a 1974 elan 250t. my question is, is there any adjustment for the high speed, or is it fixed? Because it is located behind a brass bolt im unsure if it is adjustable. Thanks for the help. Also where is a good place to purchase a new drive belt?

Fixed highspeed jet under the brass cap. You can get replacements or different sizes if needed. I buy my belts off eBay.
