Got a new 2020 Grand Touring at the beginning of winter. It gets pretty damn cold here and I haven't had many opportunities to ride. Only put a couple hundred kms on it so far. The other day, battery was dead, did a booster on it and it started no problem. After a warm up I took it out for 20 mins to make sure the battery was nice and charged. As soon as I got off, it died and would not start again. Had to boost it... After walking 2 kms to get the booster and walk back.
It wasn't overheating.
Could it just be a freak incident or any other suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
Lesson learned: don't leave the booster in the kitchen when you go for a ride.

Have your battery bench tested before you go out and spend money on a new one. You might have a charging issue.

Whenever your battery has been fully drained, you should put your battery on a trickle charger until it is fully charged. The vehicles charging system is not designed to fully recover a discharged battery.
