Hi so when my club bought this sled used the right side low beam was out, figured it was just the bulb.

But today we were out using it and first I noticed the headlights were both dim and more orange, not bright. It was Im guessing on high beam, I was driving in front. Then 20 min later I noticed no lights on, we stopped and pressing the high beam button did nothing, the lights both were out and the high beam indicator stays on even after pressing the button.

I pulled the gauge cluster and the headlight plugs look like they are getting super hot and all melted, see pic.

What could be causing this? Usually if the voltage regulator goes it burns the bulbs out.

Thanks

Phil

This is an issue on the tundras. Bad connectors.
Happened to my '16 LT ACE. Cut them out and picked up some good ones from NAPA and never had an issue again. Use dielectric grease on the connections when you reassemble.
