I put a 43/47 helix in my secondary. It is a 2011 short track and has the green secondary spring. This made the bottom and midrange more responsive, but I was over reving on top. I changed one clicker position on the drive clutch, but then the clutching was barely able to struggle to 8100 rpms. When the temps warmed up about 15 degrees it would only pull about 7800. Can anyone recommend a different spring for the secondary that may help with the over rev on top end? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

What primary spring/pinweight are you running?
I usually run a stock 800r spring. Clicker 3-4 with around 19-20g.
All of them get the 43/47 with either the doo green or epi red spring.
I would look at adjusting the primary.
