Hey guys, recently picked up a used sled. When I checked it out, 2 pulls cold it started up and ran good. Test drove it no issues. Compression checked out fine. Got it home this weekend, wanted to do some maintenance. Greased it all, changed plugs, sliders, chain case oil and adjusted slack on chain ect. Threw it all back together and now it won't start. It's not e start just pull. Disconnected the killswitch as the previous owner stated he had some troubles with it. Hooked up a glow light in between a plug and wire and I'm getting the odd spark coming through.
This is my first ski-doo,
Havnt rode in a few years and was always polaris before so this set up is new to me.
Input?
Thank you

So you disconnected the kill switch on the handlebar or the one on the console?

When the one on the handlebars goes bad.. ussually the sled wont shut off.

When the one on the console starts acting up.. it is ussually a bad connection in the plug and the sled will beep or not rev over 3000 rpms.

The sled will not start without this switch hooked up.

It is called a Dess key btw.

I disconnected the on on the handlebars. I replaced the the post on the console. Still nothing.
Anybody have an idea where the best place to start trouble shooting would be?
Thank you
