I have a 2003 mxzx 440 that is in great shape,it has a S4X clutch kit a jaws can and a few other extras. It is trail converted but still has 5 gal tank.I rectently put a stud through the cooler and had it welded but the idiot who welded it lied and said he pressure tested.I got it back together and put coolant in it and it all poured out.I don't really want to do the work again so i was wondering wat i could get for it as is?

clean it, scuff it up, and JB weld it.
It will never leak again.
Well until you put a stud through it again!

A good ******* has got to know his 5-minute adhesives and epoxys!

Best signature I have seen, by the way.

I did that trick on my 01 pro-x, just laid it on its side & go to work.

You would be amazed what alittle JB weld will do. I had the same thing happen to me last year on a trip and I stopped at a Regular Auto Mechanic shop and JB welded it and I still golt to finish the trip with about an 1 1/2 hours down time.
