I know the book say's they are both SC-10's.......If that helps.....

Both are S chassis sleds. They have different front and rear suspensions
and the SummitX is a 136" skid and the HO is a 121.

Will a seat from one S-chassis fit on any other S-chassis?

Depends on the sled. Some S chassis gas tanks have a different contour.
As redlion says, it will fit, just some dont match up at the tank well.
