Any tips/tricks about removing each of the bearing's on these two upper idler wheels?

So far it is not fun! Do not want to damage either of the upper idlers. Would cut the bearings off if necessary.

Thanks.

I have been soaking both bearings in PB Blaster repeatedly.

Trying to remove the bearings off of the shafts, I presume? Support the wheel with some blocking or whatever you have around, then whack the shaft. Install the bolt and washer into the threaded bore, to hammer on to protect the shaft.

It will come apart, but if you still have trouble, remove the large snapring, move the wheels inboard, and cut through the bearing 99% of the way through, then knock them off.

Good luck!

Take the snap ring out , push the wheel off the bearing to the inside , put a rag around the bearing and give it a GOOD whack with a heavy hammer with the bearing resting on a solid object and break the outer race then slide the wheel off and do the same to the inner race , no ruined wheels or shaft .
