First off I used the water trick to get the clutch off what a great idea!
This sled has 5700 miles on it and this is the first time the clutch has been off it needs a rebuild for sure. The question is do I need to replace the ramps they are not perfectly smooth they have like little humps up and down their length where the rollers ride,

is that normal or should they also be replaced.

I would replace them. Unless you are really good at grinding/sanding, you might not get all three ramps to exactly match when you are done grinding.

I should have said with a spring. The kits fit all the tra 7 clutches but springs are seperate because of various model calibrations

Only use the BRP maintenance pulley kit.

Do not use aftermarket from any company, they are all the same and are not the correct dimensions on the wear buttons and material for the slide sheave bushing.

Only use the BRP one - worth its weight in gold.
