06 500ss (handgaurds with stock windshield)

can I put handguards on my sled and keep the stock windshield ?? I'm concerned about clearance..........

bars in stock position, it will hit...

with a 2" riser you can put on power madds with about 1/2 clearance when turned to the stops... assuming the "stock" mid-height shield.
