when i am at wot,at first i get 7800 rpm on hardpack. when i go into soft snow from hard pack i loose around 900 r's. also when i go from wot at 7800 and back off the gas then go to wot again it'll only go to around 7100 at first then work it's way up to 7800. can you guys pleases let me know how to remedy this problem?

I would start by eliminating some of the obvious:
1)clean Rave valve's
2)check condition of clutch spring's and bushing
3)is belt and alignment in spec.

4)possible weak compression and pealed ring's?
I would be leaning toward a problem in the clutching if the motor is sound.Good Luck.

Rave valves would be my guess, i work at a doo dealer and ive noticed and talked to BRP that the valves will limit the r's, when they open at 6500 to 7200 i think it is, it will increase the revving of the engine. but 600 to 800 r's, do to the reason for less pressure in the cylinder. Just my .02
