    Well I got my handyman pants on this morning and figured I would make my own primary clutch holder. An hour later with only some ½" plywood, electrical tape, and some 1½" lag bolts a jigsaw and a sander I have created this. Pretty simple and rudamentary...but totally functional! Cost me $4 to make.

    Can the flyweights be removed from the clutch without using a puller and pulling the clutch off the engine shaft? I'd like to lighten the weights a bit to raise the operating speed of the engine from its current ~7000 to more like 7500 or 7700. It will take trial and error to grind the weights...
