I WAS READING YOUR POST TODAY AND COULDN'T HELP BUT LAUGH. BILL CUDNEY HAS NEVER HAD ANY PISTONS MADE BY NUMARA OR SPI. HIS PISTONS ARE 100% SPI, THE SAME SPI PISTONS YOU CAN BUY ALMOST ANYWHERE. HE RE-BOXES THEM AND TELLS EVERYONE THEY HAVE MORE SILICIA CONTENT. MY MCB PISTONS ARE MADE BY NUMARA/SPI WITH THE DUAL RING AND NOW OILING HOLES AND IMPROVED COATINGS. MATT @ MCB

I saw your post on the forum about your 600 burning a piston. I don't think it had anything to do with the MBRP silencer. these 600 and 800 revs burn pistons for several reasons. The real fix is the MCB Dual Ring pistons. The single ring cannot transfer the heat properly on the 600HO motor. a 1.75" track will fit without modifications. The best track for you is the back country 9142 = $539.00 44lbs fully clipped

I also have the SPI single ring kits on blowout at $189.00 for a complete kit, pistons, rings, pins, clips, caged bearings and a complete top end gasket set.
