I just gotta say I just love this thread!  I give the upmost respect for the OP. I love to see the guy that says...  “well they dont make what I want, I will build it” or even just the realization of “these new sled prices are crazy and I can make it how I want it!”  Way to go man if we ever meet up on the trail, you will drink on me!

You do not need the rebound adjustment. The shocks are set for rebound..

I disagree. The rebound adjustment is the only true adjustment that affects the entire shock....  closing and opening one jet that only affected one area of compression is not enough. 

Drew there are no new internal parts on a 900r
and everyone believes the turbo is the same as a RR

I run the green wheel @ 20psi and it seems happy on pump 93
and IMO I say the R turbo can too...

the problem I see with the old turbo @ 20+ psi is the very high iat
the stock timing cut starts 89f
maybe Dave changed it on his tune....

Agreed.. hoping it can maintain 20 psi safely.. with Outlaw Intercooler oats stayed in the low 80’s and below... usually in upper 50’s to mid 60’s. When I say internals I’m referring to the injectors, and turbo wheel. I believe engine internals are the same. I don’t need it to run 275hp... but man 230-240 would be fantastic.

Mine won’t pull 90g... low 80’s with Hurricanes 21psi 220 hp kit. Of course that’s with 93+ fuel and upgraded injectors, intercooler, charge tubes, and exhaust... can’t wait to see what can be done with the new stock internals.

I wonder if the current few the aftermarket has come out with will fit up just fine, I would think so.

Yeah thats what I'm talking about. Cost is a factor too. Not looking to break the bank here. What are they called do you remember?

I still have a box left over I will look Monday and PM you. 

I installed these interlocking plastic tiles almost 5 years ago... they have held up to studs, and prestudded tracks pretty well...  not perfect but better than epoxy or bare concrete and they weren’t that expensive

I have the MSRP...  actually really like it  had the sandale and it was too loud..  sounds good and throaty and is still quieter than my stock 850.  also lost 11 lbs

2022 MXZ 600 XRS titanium/red/silver...  std guage, no adjustment package, and std track...  12,500  otd no tax

My lowered XRS 205 tune runs 17.5lbs and runs away from stock sidewinders. We will see how it runs against my Mach Z. I believe they will Be very close.

Until I tune up tune the Mach!

And unless Yam upped the power of their stock sidewinders/t-cats the Mach Z will be too much for them. My 17lb boosted 900T can run away from my stock TCat. Maybe not on absolute top end, but it would take my T-Cat 2 miles to catch it. As has been said in other places. If you think Doo didn’t run the Z against SRX’s a million times. I think you are fooling yourself.

And that my experience with walker evans quality is less than awesome
