$600 is still an aweful lot of money. If you have any mechanical ability you can do this yourself with a book and help from everyone on here. Maybe take your crank in to a machine shop to replace outer bearings. Buy a full gasket/seal set and if you have a lot of miles on it maybe re ring it. Gives you a chance to learn a lot about your sled and a chance to clean it up. But if you have a lot of money then send it in :-)

That's what I was asking in the 2nd question. I did take those measurements and that's what I needed to know. If it was feasible to Shim the motor ;-) Thanks Mydoo and you to dabear

Dont just replace the Bearings but get new seals as well. Usually a bad seal is what makes the cylinder run lean and burn your rings or piston.

And I forgot the Z in MXZ in the topic I just noticed... I'll check the manual when I get home. I was just trying to get some insight while i'm at work. Maybe i have the PTO side rubbers squished down and the Mag side mounts a tad looser

The clutches are straight and aligned as pic shows. However my Primary is tilted downward. It's not misaligned left/right but downward/upward. I guess what i'm trying to say is the mag side of my engine is higher than the PTO side. All mounts are good and not broken. Sled has never been in an accident either.
