Hey so this spring when i was pulling my engine, I found some grey gunk settled at the bottom of the engine, as well as in coolant resevoir. Not sure if PO put oil in coolant by accident or a gasket was gone. Anyways i sent out my case for a good cleaning and a new crank, but now i need to flush my exchangers. Can i do this with them in the sled or should i pull them and soak em in vinegar or acid? Any advice on how i should go about this would be very helpful.
Thanks
Jordan

I would avoid any cleaning agents and just flush with your garden hose outside. If it doesn't come out then it never will.
