Ok so I picked up this part pictured below and I'm not sure anymore what its for. I think it's a bypass or computer hack for something. Secondly I have a slight idle issue on warm-up. I'm wondering if it is a mapping issue or a computer safety issue. I have 1000cc injectors and we are thinking that maybe the computer is trying to open them up too much on warm-up. as in there maybe a lower limit  that they are required in the computer for normal operation, but because they are 1000cc it would open them up too much and cause flooding. let me knw if you have any ideas.

            thanks again.

What are you using to tune with and what's the AFR at idle? Cold and warm?

I'm running Rapid Bike Race controller with only the free software( I'm trying to acquire the pro software). at cold the air/fuel is 10-11.8 roughly and at warm the air/fuel is between 13-15.5 roughly it fluctuates up and down a little.

The sled hasn't had a full motor break-in yet after the low compression forged pistons, forged rods and ARP head bolts were installed.  Not sure if that makes a difference?

It is a BRP turbo kit designed by an engineer at BRP as far as i know. It has an aluminium airbox and an intercooler. I'm running a Garret turbo 30/71 A/R.60  I believe with a teal housing . Teal wastegate, Tapp clutch, and HD valve springs. Running a Rapid Bike Race system as well.  Anything else?

That box pictured may be a map clamp that is needed for 2011 to 2015 i think? You startup afr seems good. Mine does 11.4 start up to 13.7 when warm. You just need to verify wide open afr aswell. If all is well put some miles on it amd a couple tanks of gas as see how it runs.

The only other thing is on start-up is she struggles to start without using throttle and there is a noticable ocelation on warm-up. Any ideas?

   Thanks for the advice.

Can you post a pic of your fuel map? If you have to open the throttle a bit to start it take a bit of fuel out in that area of the map. You probably just need to smooth out the cells where it’s idling.

That's another problem my software is not the pro version so it's kinda hard to adjust the map. and I can't put a picture up because I don't have one and my sled is in friends garage where I am not. but I will get one as soon as i can.

They told me the pro software is only for professionals (dealers and tuners to be specific) so I did not have your kind of luck. Gotta wait till this weekend to get  a picture of the mapping.
