If the trails are closed in the northbay parrysound area why are there some showing open limited on the ITG.

And yes I have been trying to fix stupid for 62 years.

They're not officially closing until 12:01 am January 21. I had to double check that today too lol. On the bright side, we've been getting more snow in sw Ontario and will hopefully have limited riding conditions here in the next week... Please don't close all of the trails OFSC....

So by reading the OFSC Covid Closure document and the notes below it.

1. avoid trailering to a destination to ride

2 do not leave your health region

3 do not travel with people not from your address in the same vehicle.

So from my perspective as a Niagara Area Trailer Sledder,  day tripper only, I'm screwed.

Such a disappointment for the season.

I wonder how many on this site will abide by the rules.

1991 Indy Trail, left for dead resurrected as the Retro Indy trail. IQ seat, LED tail, rebuild motor, Skandic skis, sc3, big wheel, ripsaw 1.25.

A word to the wise, similar behaviour in other regions will likely cause similar curiosity by public health officials.
Be smart and follow the rules lest other regions follow suit and we lose more trails.

Lots of other places to ride boys.

That depends on where you live.
A lot of blood red trails within range for a day trip for those in the south western part.
What's left will likely be completely packed on the weekend, and overcrowding leading to more problems.

So North Bay closes the trails because of snowmobilers coming into the region. Now North Bay snowmobilers will travel to other health regions, brain dead move NB.

Very well written letter. It makes a lot of sense. Its time that there needs to be some common sense behind some of the decisions being made on these restrictions. I feel for the locals affected, very unfair for them. I hope someone listens.

Well day one here of our closed trails, just as they were going to turn green.

6 inches of fresh pow on a perfect base and here we sit staring at it. Opp are patrolling and will hand out trespassing fines to those protest riding. Locals like me will be punished, when all along we have been doing the right thing.

It’s so frustrating and nonsensical. And yet people are riding just 30 minute south of here legally, and all those who travelled here are now just travelling there, legally. If I ride locally, I’m riding illegally. Stupid.

Everyone possible has to voice their opinion on this. This is totally wrong and unfair for you locals.

Not being funny but I hope you guys trailer somewhere.

Also hope your next local election reflects how everyone feels.
