Are there any travel restrictions within the province of Quebec or for those coming into from Ontario ?
Looking for options if OFSC closes everything again.

None for the moment, but things can change fast if remote travelers show-up in droves. Last spring Quebec has gone to length to protect their Northern communities. The further North the more scarce are the health centers.

In my region there isn't much choice as the beds are being used and folks are sent to hospitals a couple of hours away east. As Ontario builds bubbles to protect their Norther regions, I would not plan to travel to Quebec as a backup plan. Quebec remains the hardest hit province in Canada, so things are not good here. Fortunately the curfew appears to be working with a drastic drop in cases. Over here it is ALL about hospitals.

Just what were they ticketing for? Or were they just ticketing someone's brother's  cousin's ex husband?

OK, proves my point, they were ticketed for gathering, not for snowmobiling

I live in Niagara falls and haven't heard anything about tickets for out of towner's.

OK, today my brother-in-law called me to tell me his cousin, who lives in London, was on his way to Niagara Falls to take in the winter sites, and was stopped by the OPP and given a $800.00 fine for being "out of his region" Like most stories, I did not get this first hand, just from a cousin of a brother-in-law, before I call this fake news and tell my brother in law he's an edit for bad languageing liar, Does ANYONE have actual first hand knowledge. I'm heading from Windsor to the cottage in Huntsville next week, with a buddy who does not live with me, should I worry? Thanks in advance.

They were set up on Lake Nippissing as well, stopping everyone, but it was related to the ice bungalows.  I am not sure of the results or what tickets were given out

Heading to Cochrane I was stopped by the opp in Temagami . Rolled down the window

Me: good day officer
Opp : good day sir, have you consumed any alcohol today.
Me; yes I have been pounding back Creemores and huffing fatties since I left Kitchener 7 hours ago
Opp: Oh . Well is their anyone in your Vehicle not from your residence or bubble
Me: No. My riding partner is in the truck behind me . He is a Bud Light drinker and I won't have that in my truck.
Opp Very Good sir , thank you for making the effort to keep us all safe in these difficult times. Have a pleasant trip.
Me: Cheers officer (raise can of Creemore lager )

Just so no one gets the wrong idea I made that up. I went to Cochrane pre lockdown and did get stopped in Temagami. I was not drinking and at that time the officer had no concerns with us heading north to sled.

So, I'm still asking a simple question, can I trailer from Windsor to a friends cottage near Huntsville, stay 4 or 5 days, a group of less than 5, ride the open OFSC trails, and return home without breaking the law?

As posted in another thread, under 24 hours or over 14 days.
Also read it is advised to call OPP.

Doesn't sound like your plans meet the rules.

Unfortunately u will never get an answer. Why? Because the government can't. They don't know and neither do the local authorities.

I won't say where I'm going for fear that some nimby on here will cry but I can tell you hwy 11 North is pretty quiet. See you on the trails
