Hey Guys,  I'm new to the forum and could use a little help!

In fact, this is my first post and I don't know if I'm in the right spot.

I have a skidoo Mxz 800H.O Blizzard I'm bringing back from the dead (hence the name #1Zombee) I would like to install a gas guage and temperature guage. I'm having some trouble finding the matching gauges as they didn't originally come with the sled but I have seen them on others. Has anyone else done this and where can I get the gauges and information on how to install would be a great help.

A big thanks in advance!

the OEM gauges may be hard to find new, you may have to find used ones on eBay or a sled salvage yard like alssnowmobile.com.
You could look at a Koso temp gauge which should come with everything needed to hook it up. The gas gauge may be a little more difficult cause you need the sending unit in the tank. Or you have to get a used tank that already has it in it.

Just noticed your in London, try calling Snowline Sports, they are sled salvage yard in London.

Welcome to Dootalk!!

I think you will have to swap out the gas tank for an electric gauge.

Hey, thanks for the help guys, just wondering,  why would I need a new tank? Could I not just drill a new hole for the sending unit?

Oh on a side note I haven't figured out how to post to individual comments yet (Just new still working on that)

Yes you can drill the hole out for the sending unit, but might be easier getting one with it already in it, is why I mentioned it.

To quote an individual post, you need to hit the quote button. Not sure if your on a phone and the mobile site or how it looks as I use the desktop version on my phone.

Where the Blizzards different ? A  Rev chassis is just a mechanical fuel gauge If memory serves me correct. Simple pop in and pop out. They were not the most reliable things but have had some success pulling it out and playing with it in a bucket to determine what needed tweaked.
