I received an oxygen helmet as a gift last year (love the helmet). I used it for one ride at the end of the season and it seemed to fit well (xxl). I have since cut off my hair and was installing my uclear and noticed that my helmet no longer fits like it should. When I try to put my visor up the entire helmet goes with it. I’m trying to figure out the most cost effective way to remedy the situation. I think all of the shells are the same - does BRP make a lining that I can buy in an XL? Or should I sell the helmet and buy another one in the smaller size.

Any info would be much appreciated. I did do a search and was unable to pinpoint an answer.

Thanks!

Unfortunately, the helmet to too hot for a balaclava. I just use a neck warmer. Thanks for the feedback.

Hope this opens for you. They offer different size liners and cheek pads for the helmet. Your dealer should be able to help you.

i thought they make 3 shells?    S/M  are the same  LG/ XL,  &   2XL/3XL... then the foam inserts dictate the size.

I believe this is correct, even if it was the same shell size, it’s most likely cheaper to sell the current helmet and buy a new one, I’m guessing the inserts will be over 100$.

No, 50 bucks for the foam to change the size. I bought a smaller package and use different cheek foam then the head foam. Now it's a real overpriced custom helmet.

Selling and buying new is a lose lose situation. Just get the foam.
