First, I would be really "edit for bad language" off if I showed up to pick up my new sled and found it had been left out in the rain. It’s a sharp sled though. I’m looking forward to seeing one in person. I would have added more color personally but to each their own. Fit an finish of the bodywork looks improved. Seemed to take the gauge a long time to boot up.

If I wanted a two stroke I would look hard at this one. It seems like Polaris listened to what skidoo riders wanted from BRP and never got.

I agree with you 100%.  I might go this route next season.  I love my 900T's but would like to see what the competition has to offer and would like to change things up.  I rode an XC 850 last year and absolutely loved it, the engine was the smoothest running 2-stroke that I've ever driven and the ride and handling was great.  I typically get a new sled every year so what the heck?  I think Polaris did a great job on the Matryx.

The Matryx does nothing for me. No I don't have my yellow shades on . I have seen the LED headlight and I like it. The 650 will be something to watch this season. Good luck with the it and hope for snow.

The sled looks great and I agree that they have checked a lot of boxes that Doo has not.  My concern is that it's really still an Indy/Axys underneath that body work and I have not been impressed their reliability and quality based on first hand experience.  I will be taking a hard look at this sled when I'm in the market to buy next spring though.  I suspect Doo will be coming out with a major update to the G4 in 2022.  I'm expecting something similar to the XP/XS transition.

I have one coming.  Looking forward to it.  The only thing I don't like on paper is the 1" lower seat height from the Axys.  Should rail corners better, but sitting to standing could be just a bit harder.

I like it ,the gauge  is looks very usable (not crazy about SD with the toggle thing) .I run a garmin GPS on my riser but would love that one in the gauge. Not crazy about those mirrors ,seems like there along ways down from ur line of sight.

Sounds and smokes like old tech. And it’s nice that it comes with some storage but you gotta remove the seat to get to it?
