Hey all I have a like New 2015 Scheuring race mod I’m thinking about selling. The sled ended up never being raced due to a rider injury. I personally drove to northern Minnesota and picked up the sled from Steve. The sled only has 4-5 hours tooling around my yard. It is one of the last open mod Snocross sleds. The sled itself is in great condition, it’s been in a heated shop since day one and never rode. What is a fair price if I do wish to sell?

Tough call. Vey tough.
A sled like that you obviously have to find 'that right person',
I'd love it for a 2nd sled for jammin to the game on Sunday, but first I have to get a 1st sled.
Did Steve give you any paperwork with it? Jetting chart at least?
My 440s were a tough sell, and that's when Sno X was taking off and a big deal.
The older i get, the faster i was.

Yes Steve gave me extra jets and some education to go with it. He’s a really good guy, he gave me belts, oil, fuel, a few parts here and there and a nice conversation. I have the paperwork to show exactly where it came from. Since Snocross doesn’t have an open mod class anymore I wasn’t sure if I had something “rare” since it’s never been raced and it is new yet. It’s very fun to ride just don’t have the opportunity where I live to experience much of it.

Anything been done to the motor any porting? dyno sheets? I remember back in the day they slapped twin pipes, bumped up the compression a little more and changed the air box configuration, and timing curve changed.

My wild guess, $7k and that would be if you found the right person. If you want to get rid of it quicker, I don't think you can price it much above a stock used RS of that era.

It has the potential to be a rare desired sled in the future if it's still in this condition but you won't know that until the time comes if it ever does.

I live in North Dakota so I’m in between the mountain/ Snocross scene. For the most part everyone goes to the mountains cause it doesn’t snow here much. I haven’t ever torn anything apart on it or had it to a dyno. If I remember right I thought it was 160hp from what I was told. I’m not in a hurry to sell it, just want to find the right person weather it be ride it or a conversation piece as that’s what my girlfriend and I use it for. So far I’m winning!

I don’t think it has any potential to be a rare desired sled..ever..Now if your had one of Blair Morgan’s last mod sled he won a championship on, then yes it could be a rare desired sled.

This sled is just like any other race sled with some mod parts slapped on it.

Regardless, still a cool sled. For what you’ll get for it I’d just keep it. Unless the OP is hard up for money.

Very cool sled, keep it unless you can make a few bucks on it. 👍

You probably won't ever be able to replace it.
