I have a 2006 adrenaline 600sdi, currently the ring gear is not installed so I cant use the estart, but recently when pull starting it wont start, the oil light and caution light come on in the dash and a buzzing sound is coming from the fuse box. Oil level is not low, so I thought it would be the run relay, replaced it with oem, and still does the same thing. Any advice or directions would be greatly appreciated.

With the black lead to chassis, measure the voltage on the back side of the 30A fuse holder - both sides.

Resolved, had the charger on the batter for a couple of hours, started first pull, first time having a fuel injected machine so not use to all of these little nacks, thanks for the help

Now even after I ran the sled for 10-15mins, the battery is dead again already after being shut off for an hour, obviously something is drawing power, I connected the charger again but I hear kind of a buzz or hiss coming from around the battery, could it be the starter relay drawing power and draining the battery? Or am I just making assumptions?

Charge up the battery again. Do you have a DVOM? If not they are cheap.

Check your voltage with the engine running. After that check for a draw. The battery itself could be shorted out inside.

Disconnect the battery from the sled and charge over night. Check the voltage an hour after removing the charger, then check it every few hours. See if it drops

I wonder if the battery or capacitor is making this buzz/hiss. I really think that you need to find where this is coming from before continuing to charge the battery. I'm talking a possible fire hazard. If the battery is currently on an overnight charge, it should be taken off the charger. I have seen garage fires start this way.

Do know your battery is good. Lots of bad battery’s that can’t hold a load have been sdi demize. What’s your voltage when done charging what’s your voltage when running. When your done charging it needs to be above 12.5 anything less it’s no good

Take the battery to get load tested. The battery will need to be fully charged prior to load testing. If the battery won't charge, its defective.
