Hello guys. I'm replacing my carb boots today and am looking to see if you loctite the bolts when you reinstall the boots? Thanks alot!!

If u do go blue locktite. Not red.

Use the pink loctite. But blue probably isn't horrible.

If properly tightened these don't come loose. The service manual doesn't call for a thread locker.

Bolts are tiny. Skip the loctite as the risk of breaking a bolt off in the head isn’t worth it the next time you’d need to remove them. I’ve never had one come loose anyways.
