Seeing as ceramic coating your car is the new craze, I was wondering if anyone has tried doing their sled yet? Especially the skid and tunnel? Wondering if it would help with ice buildup in the tunnel as it is very hydrophobic and slippery. I'm sure it would work great on the panels and running boards but if it helped with ice build up that would be fantastic!

How about coating a trailer?  My trailer always looks 100X worse than my sled when I get home.

Typically you need to be certified to install it.

The new Meguires hybrid ceramics aren’t bad.

I’ve been using this for a couple of years now, I use it on everything and very easy to apply.

Nice. Its alike a somewhat real ceramic coating application. Good enough for sleds! I am definitely going to try this on my new sled. Thanks for the link!

Lots of people in our area using Ceramic coating on ATV, SXS, Sleds and PWC. Not sure the specific product but results are pretty impressive.

In my opinion. Not enough body work for a true ceramic coating.
The spray ceramics seemed to do a decent job and most can be used on plastic as well. Ive been using carpro reload as have it for a topper for car cqurtz coating

They sell a product thats called dlux that would also work well for plastics.

Put it on everything, plastic, glass, paint. You spray it on, wipe on with cloth, buff dry with 2nd cloth. Very easy to apply and zero effort to buff .

Used Amour Shield a few weeks ago on my new truck, prepping takes the longest time depending how far you want to go with it. Application of product was pretty easy just follow instructions. Can be used on glass and plastics with no issues.
