One of the best ways to compare pDrive ramp angles is to know how TRA ramp angles work. Ramp angles are applied on a cam arm or ramp, providing the way the sled pulls hard. In simple terms, looking at a TRA ramp is a way of analyzing a pDrive ramp and you can answer tuning questions. How is this ramp with a higher curve work different than a ramp with a lower curve. Is it worth sometimes modifying a ramp, pDrive or TRA? Sometimes it is yeah, you bet, even better than using an adjustable pDrive ramp. I take you through the knowledge of the power of a primary clutch ramp. Getting into the pDrive ramps differences vids to come. Enjoy the vidya and remember "stay.....tuned !"

These videos are great.  Thanks for sharing your knowledge.  I can’t find my blue book to follow along, but your explanations are better anyway.

Thanks for the cheers.  It takes me about 4 beers [1 beer/hour] to edit 5~6 minutes of vidya.  hahaha

Uhh....this next vid where im getting heavy on the pDrive ramps now, im already 12 beers into it.  Editing man...ugh.  Only thing I like about editing is having some "oat sodas".  :Cheers

I sit back and watch them and I dont know if one can even learn much from them.  And I aint giving a "silver bullet" like some guys they want a "setup", you know, tell them the springs and weights and helix angles for their setup.

Eventually, I think I will do a vidya called "silver bullet" where i'll go through a clutch setup for a stock 850 x  129~137 x 1.25 track that rips and give out all the setting information for it.

:revinmotion:
