I put Xm plastics on my xr chassis with a tapp clutch. It’s a pain to get a new belt on but it clears all the plastic. Just have to push down a bit on the belly pan plastic to get the belt on and it’s tight.

What spring was in your PB. Skidoo or cvtech. The skidoo springs will bind in them and not allow them to shift causing slip.

I was running dayco 5034 belts then switched to an ultimate 821 with better results. I was running a pb80 primary and stock secondary

just wanted to make sure you were not running the 383 belts. Although lately the Dayco have not held up so well.
