Hello,

I just picked up a complete skid from a 2016 Blizzard
does anyone have or can someone measure the critical dimensions needed to swap skids into another sled
(will be going into 01 SRX700 custom setup)

i have attached a picture from a polaris skid swap for reference.

I need the same measurements as seen in the picture but from a 2016 Blizzard R Motion 129" setup.

I thought Ian from Monster did a big write up on the mount points and measurements. Maybe do a search for it as I'm almost positive I've seen it on here.

The video was nice, but the template is based on the difference from the XP to the current.   I need the measurements just of the skid critical mounting points from the factory so I can figure out what to do in my Yamaha tunnel.

 

Anyone have these dimensions yet?  this must be more and more common a swap now that another year has passed

Just broke the suspension in my Attak too...

if only they could get the suspension right.

I found 24.25" but it had a ? after it so I can't say I'm 100% positive on that distance.  Send Ian at monster performance an email to see if he did a measurement when he converted his wife's sled.  If you get confirmation respond back

the 120 is 23.5" so if you find someone that gives the difference between the 120 to 129 then you could calculate the distance for the 129

Thanks,  i contacted Ian last year, he did not have info for the 129 skid.

 

im going to go measure from 600ace's sleds above.  i will post an update once i have the information.
