Just thought I’d say something about this weather we’ve been having here in Maine. Live in Western Maine (Sunday river area) and we have about 15 inches of snow on the ground. Had one big storm and keep getting a bunch of little ones. This weekend they are calling for 50 degrees and rain... supposed to snow quite a bit next week but darn this winter is letting me down.
I suppose there’s still more time. We did have an incredible winter last winter so maybe I’m just spoiled. Who knows, think snow

Same thing always happens  about this time of year...  everyone anxious to ride including me!  We are coming into the snow months, February and March.  longer days, more riding.

Keep working and keep your minds occupied.   1st of Febuary I am breaking into my piggy bank and going on a 30 day sabbatical to the county with 600 ace & company. :ride:

I have 925 miles on so far for this season riding in Maine.

I'm about half an hour from Sunday River. Headed up this weekend and kinda bummed about the weather.  Was up 2 weeks ago and there was enough for the kids to ride but the trails were to boney for me to risk.

We have enough snow in the New Portland area (kingfield sugarloaf) to get out and cut blow downs for the last few weekends. We had a groomer out packing yesterday knocking the air out to freeze up the water holes...

Yes same. Going up tomorrow to ride Friday, supposed to be cold and clear. Will be the last day of decent riding before we get what they project is “over and inch of heavy rainfall”. No large storm in the foreseeable future either. Really considering packing my bags and moving to Wyoming at this point .

In all seriousness though it’s still early let’s pray that February and March bring tons of snow !!

I’m not sure I understand what the computer is trying to show me here? Do you and @SKIDOZER500 have the exact same post? Very confused. Pictures and all it appears to me that mainewood and skidozer500 posted the exact same thing which doesn’t make much sense.

One of my specialties is confusing people :huh_old:

At the bottom of every post there is a "quote" button that will copy the post in a new post.  Not sure why it shows Mainewood as the OP??
