Throttle body has blown off three times at intake manifold . In 600 feet or so it revs 7800 for a pass or two, then down to 7600 for a pass or two, then I will hear the hose blow off and check engine light comes on. I put the hose back on, seems lose, tighten the clamp to the point of worried it might strip, take it out , try it again, and same thing over again. Checked for codes, it says no active p codes.
I had that problem last year, you have to make sure the clamps are not crooked, boots need to be perfectly seated and aligned.
And clean all oil residue from mating surfaces.
Might want to consider checking inter cooler and in and out tubes for oil/water residue. I have no choice, i must run a catch can. Some sleds worse than others.

Also you want your hose clamp right against the rib . If that hose has a chance to start moving no matter how tight the clamp is it's coming off. Some will put the clamp out by the end of hose
Can you post a picture and circle which hoses you're talking about?
The connection point on either side of the throttle body can be difficult. If the clamp is slighty out of square on either side, the hoses will pop off at higher boost levels. Once there are tight, and properly aligned, its not a problem.
