I picked up a complete used motor, with BMP 860 etec kit installed, Full ported cylinder, Came with injectors full ignition. Boyeson reeds. PVC fuel controller. And complete secondary.

Just doing the Brake in thing at the moment but pulling some decent clutch weight.

Not to much info on these 860s anymore kinda a thing of the past or beating a dead horse sort of . Most guys are of modifying the 850s a local guy has a bmp 860 in a 163 improvement over stock but not mind blowing.

If has been a real low dollar fun project.

I am trying not to be one of those guys... with a $20,000.00 Sled and a $5000.00 truck to haul it around in.

Sure is some screaming deals now with Corvid-19. Guys are trying to ditch there financed sled to free up some money.

Did a final tune for the year on this engine. Spring like conditions yesterday, soft wet snow.

Ended up with a refined BMP fuel map...just leaner.

Clutching is at 414 ramps. 160-290 BRP spring. Clicker #3. 24 gram Dalton pins. Stock secondary helix and spring. 44-42. Green green spring.

2"x15"x137" track.

Stock reeds. All stock exhaust, Y pipe, Pipe and muffler.

Timing is stock at +.3. Would like to bump that up a half degree next season and see how she runs.

Just a pump gas trail motor. No verification on performance yet. Riding Solo. Corvid-19 is holding me back. :(

That sure don’t look like a used kijiji big bore to me 😆
For reference also
My old purple 13 bcx with slp low elevation head mod, d&d Y pipe ,pipe mod , and c3 belt drive run the same clutching only 23.5 dalton pins . Stock reeds , stock muffler, stock cylinder.

Were do you guys mount your PCV?

The only decent location i can find is right here. Easy to hook up and download new maps and not have to remove hood assembly.

I mounted the Dobeck Controller for my 872 Trygstad BB on the handlebar pad.   Then I could stop and change the fuel for "X" rpm at any time I wanted....then keep going.

If you are tossing them in the trash can? Let me know. I will buy they off you.

Back in the day when we were messing with the PCV. We were waaaay to rich and not even close on the fuel mapping. These companys seem to have to the mapping dialed in for the application. With most of the fuel added in the midrange and less up top. BMP and Trygstad fuel maps are very close in pattern and numbers. They seem to work very well.

Now i know why Dave Trygstad pushed me so hard to run the PVC system. They work... if set up correctly.
