Hi Matt - I was forgetting about your sled when I made the list, but now it's updated! Not sure how I could have forgotten your sled as its easily the nicest specimen I've ever seen.....brings me back to when I brought mine home way back when....

On another note, I bought another Haikonen sled in New Hampshire....#169. Here she is:

Could anyone tell me if this is an authentic TH, I've never seen this edition as an MXZ"x". I may have to track this down if it's a rare one...

The seat, tunnel, rear bumper, and the decal just below the headlight indicate that it is a TH.  That red X decal was a seperate decal you could buy off the 98 MXZ X 440 race sled.  Someone just added that to the 99 hood.  It looks like this one has remote reservoir front shocks which the TH did not have.

It's most likely one of 2 things:

-A real TH that someone added the X decal and swapped the shocks.

or

-A 98 MXZ X 440 that someone put a 99 TH hood, gas tank, and seat on.

Get the serial number and you'll know for sure.

What makes snowmobilers think it's ok to take the inside on blind corners?  Do you drive your car like that on the highway?

I remember when i was 8yrs old my dad taking me to the doo dealer and letting me pick his new sled out, it was between the th 670ho or the regular 670ho, i chose the 670ho because of the painted tunnel and black windshield, now we both have 670ho's and tear the trails up on them together once in a blue moon. I dont regret my decision, altho i like the rareity fact of the th edition.
