Gotta start with the basics. Why did you replace both cylinders? and by cylinders I'm guessing you mean pistons & not jugs right...? What is your compression cold and hot? What where the results of the leak down test? Have the carbs been THOROUGHLY cleaned? Carb boots & y-pipe checked for cracks? What sled? '04 5ooSS in your profile?

i did the cylinders cause  i was doing the rings, and replaced them just cause of high miles,  havnt checked comp yet carbs just cleaned, new reeds, new y-pipe, new carb boots and yes 04 500 ss.  thankyou for your time

Have you verified that your choke is working properly? Check your cable.
All carb settings correct?
What kind of shape are your reeds in?

carbs just cleaned&set,  reeds are brand new, i will check the choke, i wouldve overlooked that. thanks

OK, so this morning i needed to move the 2004 600ho sdi around the house on my way i ran into a bit of powder where the sled bogged down and dug a trench , i tried to keep going sort of forcing her but not, the sled slowly died one cylinder went then the other slowly died. it seemed if i had kept gigivng it gas it would went on one cylinder but it was just bogging and sounded like flooding. I stopped it tried to start it and then there was nothing. i checked theplugs they were soaked in gas. dried them off put them back still nothing. I can et one puff out of smoke out of 10 revolutions on the elec tart but she will not catch and start up. Please anything would be great!!!! My sled is stuck and will not move .

i had a similar problem on a 500ss,  it wound up being a plugged pilot jet, that wound up being fused in the carb, galled the flat head,  wound up w/a new set of carbs :headbang
