so i replaced my propeller and gasket on my water pump...it was leaking drop by drop when i filled it with coolant....i ended up pulling the motor and making sure everything was right...i noticed a hole under and behind the water pump on the crank.about a 1/8 inch in diamater..im sure that its leaking threw that hole...is that telling me that my water pump seal is shot? im thinkin that its a drain so it doesnt fill up the crank with coolant when the seal goes out...
i have bought a 2003 rev 600 ho....i have rebuilt the motor and have had to find parts to put it back together...i got a 2004 800 harness stator with flywheel and pickups for a RER...i believe that the voltage regulator is of a 800 as well....i have the mpem with the teather the dess i was on the sled when i got it...my problem NO SPARK! the only thing that isnt plugged into the computer is the Air Box sensor....where should i start...ive been told the 04' and 03' revs as long as there not a 440 are compatible...
