1700km so far and same problem..

46 mm cam on track works well so far only about 65 km,but it give good traction .Very stiff cams.

Anyone mounted plate between brakedisc and TRA ....

What plate ??? Did you have to calibrate your clutches when you went for the 46 mm track ?

Balance your TRA-clutch!Made a huge different for my Lynx GT 600 Sdi-10 (same as Expedition XU).Like Commander I feel that the sek.tower can "help" vibrations to occur,maybe a brace could fix that (http://c-tpowersport...ower_Brace.html) ? Then there is vibrations coming from the RCG-skid and the driveshaft.Moore vibs in the pow than on hardpacked snow.Haven´t figured out whats causing these vibrations but I keep my track as loose as possible for a smoother ride.My Lynx is not perfect but much better than before...
