Hi, last week my sled shut of in a trail, we have found a busted gas pump. So I  bought a brand new one and yesterday we have all putted it back together, but when we start it it idel at 5 or 6000rpm!!!

Reeds are good, carb cleaned, fuel pump brand new, gas tank cleaned.... we have unplugged few connectors to do the job and connect them back after....

I think about the tps sensor need a reset???? What you think.... or any other idea?

Hi, I have bought this sled last week and while the first ride, the water temp comes way too high! But the egtm max was 520 celcius.... So, the egtm is ok, but the water temp is too high in just 5-6km!

The previous owner said the main jet is 270 and, friday, the weather was -5 celcius

Any advice?

Hi, I have this problem since I have my machine and I want to solve it.... I have checked, and the throttle body itself is hard to turn. Like the spring is too stiff?

At the begining, I thought my cable was used but when I have tried to turn directly the throttle body.... Then I think it is not my wire because the the Throttle body are hard to turn also.

By cons, they come back perfectly....

I dont know what I should check now... But it is very harder than any other snowmobile.

Anyone have had this problem in the past?
